Drawing Love with Spell Bags

Love is one of the most common requests I get as a sorcerer. However, I tend to prefer to do work that draws ideal love to people. Most people don't like this, they want a specific person, but generally speaking, drawing Love will draw this person if they are ideal, and if not, then someone better will come along. But it is often more effective to do a bit of work yourself on this to add your own energies and desires into the working, so to that end, I want to share a few different ways to create simple spell bags for love drawing for those who desire it. So without further adieu, let's get into it.

Method One: the Planetary Method

This method relies on planetary Magick, specifically Venus, to build a powerful spell bag. You will need:

One green spell bag

Parchment or paper

Pen (preferable green, but any color may be used)

Apple blossom petals

Clover leaves

Yarrow flowers

Copper penny

One opal or rose quartz

Seven green candles

Beginning in the first hour after sundown on a Friday, draw out the planetary square of Venus on one side of your paper and the seal of Venus on the other, both of which are shown below. Place your items on the paper, planetary seal side up, and set your candles out around the paper. Light them and chant this call over them:

"AY! By the strength and power of Hagiel, I call forth the might and force of Kedemel to empower these items to serve my will! It is done, it is done, it is done!"

Allow a few moments for the spirit of Venus to empower the items before you, and then add them to the bag. Fold the paper up and place it into the bag as well, then seal it and leave it between the candles. As they finish burning, the last of the energy will be bound to your bag, fully empowering it. You can now carry it in your daily life to allow the energy of Venus to flow through you.

Method Two: The Conjure Method

Conjure has a long and rich history of using spell bags and gris gris, so of course a post like this would be incomplete without mentioning a traditional formula from this practice. So here we go:

One Red Flannel Pouch

Loveage Leaves

A Magnet

Orange Peel

Calamus

Dirt Dauber Nest

Add your items to the pouch and sew it closed. Feed it a few drops of love oil every month and pray your intentions over it when you do.

See? Simple. Sometimes, the old way is best.

Method Three: The Dragon Shaman Method

My method draws from my various practices for a more complete experience, in my opinion. Not saying it is better, of course, but as someone who has studied a variety of paths, I like to incorporate them all as much as possible.

Graveyard Dirt from a Married Couple (preferably a long and happy marriage, and of course properly paid for)

One Piece of Rose Quartz

A Copy of the Kurukulla Yantra

Roll all of your ingredients up into a pouch made from the Kurukulla Yantra. Place this inside your pouch and seal it up, and then hold it while chanting her mantra 108 times. Then carry your bag in your pocket. Once a month, hold it in your hand while chanting her mantra 108 times to keep it empowered.
