Karmic Curse of the Dragon

Sometimes, someone has wronged us and we want revenge. Well, the dragons sacred to our order have given permission for me to call upon them to enact this vicious curse upon those who do these things. The dragons will bring all of the karma that the target has accrued to bear upon them, wreaking havoc in their lives until they have made atonement and become a better person. This is a serious rite, and should be discussed ahead of ordering.
